      Awesome culture and good work life balance. Not too much politics

      Cons

      Too many meetings. Development is out of scope. Backend dev can do mobile or vice versa. Red tape to get new ideas moving.

      Pros

      - Relaxed working environment, but serious work is done. - The interview process was fantastic, very seamless process and met a good number of current employees. - Amazing unexpected benefits, e.g discount on travel, private medical insurance, free gym. - Casual work wear, the Nottingham head office is also stunning.

      Cons

      The travel to and from Nottingham on a weekly or bi-weekly basis may get tiring, but saying that, it's all paid for and you can travel first class too.

      Pros

      Supportive team who genuinely really want Capital One to succeed and grow and achieve its Mission. Everyone seems to care not only about the company's success but also about new employees and ensuring they are settled. I can assume that they also care about colleagues who are truly settled into the business as there are many who have remained with the company since they joined as a Grad (equating to 10+ years).

      Cons

      The London office isn't as amazing as the Nottingham office - but that's set to change in the summer.
