PIP culture is destroying this company. Because PIPs happen twice a year, two to four weeks per year are wasted on performance management work. Project timelines are not adjusted to reflect this. Most ICs Senior and higher worked extended hours due to the DevOps requirements of the job. My hair actually fell out due to work induced stress. That's never happened to me before. Senior leadership is out of touch with the average employee experience.

Not a company I want anyone to work for. They are bad, you don't have a sick leaves, if you are sick or if you have an emergency you can't call in. You can call in up to 4 times a year and may get fire, you have to plan your emergency and plan your sick, who does that? We don't know when we will get sick and when will an emergency happen. You can't take breaks you have to ask for it and if you don't get a response too bad. Your insurance bad they don't even cover anything. They lied about you have unlimited sick leaves that is a lied the only people who has that would be the upper management. The only people who are happy to work there is the up management. The work benefits is bad, Capital one work benefits terrible. For the college benefits they are so hard to work with when you call in to ask for help it's like no one knows anything. Trust me the only thing that they are good at is giving you emotional and mental distress. Your health will be deteriorate working here. I can go on a about all the bad things. Trust me you will live longer not working here.
