Pros

Pays very well and depending on where you are the people are nice. Benefits are really good. If they change their mind about reversing the "work from home" approach I'll update my review.

Cons

Same cons as every corporate space. Frustrating expectations and poor boundaries. Not great if you have people-pleasing tendancies, they will eat you alive. Try not to care too much and advocate for yourself. The removal of the "work from home" exclusiveness is a major breaking point for me. The original switch was amazing for me as a disabled person, but now I have to either fear I'll be forced back in and just have to suffer in pain in an office, or get an exception that will just make me a target for people who don't have that option. Neither option is good.
