Pros

WLB is great for data scientist; although I heard it varies from team to team. Work culture is inclusive - you always can be heard. Management never asks you to work overtime. Colleagues are friendly and helpful.

Cons

The career path and year end calibration needs improvement. C1 claims to be a tech leader in the banking industry, but its pay level for DS roles are not catching up to the IT / FinTech firms. Promotion is heavily relying on exposure across teams and thus force much efforts of selling work. Should have a better way to value engineering achievements.
