Flexibility, hire great people overall, pays well and decent benefits

Cons

I have stayed with the company for years because of the culture, people and benefits. They are letting all the long timers go in favor of more of an Amazon type culture, which most of us avoided on purpose. Those of us still remaining won't be here much longer because of the massive change in culture in the last 18 months.
