Expect you to do several jobs but not the pay, management favors certain people, forced ranking performance management, says it cares for people but doesn’t live it’s values, doomed company when the CEO retires, frequent layoffs, expectation to stay plugged in 24/7, elitism, backstabbing

I really enjoy the work life balance. The company culture is very welcoming and they give you plenty of time to get comfortable with the workflow.

Cons

The startup process can be a little slow. Sometimes you really have to push to receive work and challenge yourself.

This company does not practice what they preach for values, inclusion, respect. We all serve the mighty dollar and no matter how they dress it up we are always first a credit card company with a precise tool to separate the customer with their money in as many ways as possible. The work is long and hard and most are burnt out and the managers simply don't care because they are burnt out from trying to stay on the hamster wheel.
