      Upper Management set up for failure

      They pay well if you get a good Asset Manager that won’t mess with your payroll

      Cons

      Asset Manager refuses to provide you with basic needs to do your job it’s like pulling teeth. i.e paper , pens When major repairs are needed that you can’t get done on your own and it requires approval. Hopefully it won’t be a dangerous issue because whether it is or isn’t if it’s to much money he is not doing it. You will be the one that looks bad!
