      Pros

      Small office, not a lot of corporate drama. Small local team to work with. Only have duties in the 1 location

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Not easy to get in touch with upper management. Not clear about routine duties/responsibilities, expected to do what needs to get done; even when not your direct responsibility. Does not allow professional growth within current office. Tight with any bonus or raises. Does not consider work actually being formed in compensation.

      Pros

      I've worked as a Property Manager for 20+ years and in affordable housing for 4. I have to say that this company is, by far, the best I've worked at. Hard work pays off with this company! You get from them what you give. They give you all of the tools you need to succeed. It's up to you what you want to do with it. Great benefit package and competitive pay.

      Cons

      No Regional Managers. Only Asset Managers who have never been a Property Manager.
