There are no pros that I can think of

During the interview, one of the supervisors lied to me to my face stating I will get paid a certain amount. Then when I got the job offer, it revealed that I will be getting paid $4 less than what was told to me in the interview. The training is also too rushed, they rather get us on the phones quickly. They didn’t even have us shadow callers to see how calls should go.
