Cons

With growth comes growing pains. Some teams are feeling pressure from the growing pains and other employees are resistance to change.

1. Empowerment - More than any other company I have worked for this one empowers its people to make decisions take ownership of their position. 2. People - The people are very friendly making it easier and more comfortable to learn new tasks. 3. Growth - The continual expansion has opened many doors for the people in my department.

Cons

Because the company has had growth through acquisition the current staff tends to take the brunt of complaints regarding old failures or follow through from past employees.
