The timeshare owners are very friendly.

Cons

HR is a joke. Bully management. Get ready to go above and beyond but management will never notice. Unfriendly upper management. You will lose your self worth if you stay within 6 months with company. Only promote if upper management favors you.

awful work atmosphere, packages only have 5 places you can go to and you expect people to pay over $200 for it,

Monday - Friday 9am-2:30pm No weekends No holidays No manual labor

Cons

On a good week your take home is about 500 bucks And a bad week you're looking at maybe 230. The leads are crappy and not even leads. You're cold calling someone who accidentally clicked a checkbox while buying a pizza back in 2017 trying to get them to take a vacation and go to a timeshare presentation. You can throw in a "free cruise" but they have to pay all the taxes and fees when they get there. You also are not allowed to close your own sales. You have to transfer interested calls to one of 3 people to close for you, and they're not good.
