Cappex is home to a dynamic, talented, energetic, and hard working team! With a young feel to the company it seems change and opportunity has been endless this year. It is an environment where handwork is rewarded and opinions are heard. We work with great clients and are able to see the impact we create from our product. Also, the sales team is provided with a lot of support but more importantly given the freedom to manage their own book-of-business. I love working at Cappex and would refer the right candidate in heartbeat!
Cons
Summer is our busiest season so you can not expect summer hours or flexibility when it comes to summer travel. We are expected to work hard this time of year and that is just due to the education industry. We have most conferences this time of year and we see the majority of our business close!
