Pros

Your forced to use a generous clothing allotment that is taxed as a bonus so you essentially end up paying for most of it. Also when it arrives half of it doesn't fit and theres no ability to exchange or return it. The experience itself was amazing as is Michael.

Cons

There is no work/life balance. Its all work. The pay level is a joke. They expect you to look like a model while keeping you just above poverty level in major cities. There is next to no support from corporate but corporate expects miracles with absolutely no freedom to run your business. Corporate has little to no appreciation of the physical and mental demands of working in demanding department stores.

It's a well know company and that's where the pros end.

Cons

This was far and away the worst employment experience I've ever had. The culture is textbook corporate: ultra aggressive, arrogant, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and in short, everything that's wrong in the world. This sounds like someone who was fired but it was actually quite the opposite. I was doing very well at the company but hated everything it stands for.
