Pros

Good pay and vacation time. Lots of in-office perks and events. Really great discount.

Cons

Everyone is only concerned with ways that they can get ahead. People are conniving and will talk behind your back or just laugh right in your face. People claim they want to help you get ahead but honestly don’t care. If you were a rich sorority girl who happened to be good in business school this job is for you.

Cons

No work/personal life balance The company/district manager expects a lot out of you will not a lot of support or pay More like an entry level position Not really "managing" Company would rather hire from the outside than promote from the inside VERY LONG HOURS Not for people with a family I'm not care about numbers Low pay compared to other designers

Pros

- Great on your resume, brand is doing very well. - Good discount & employee sales - Corporate offices are in a decent location for midtown. -Opportunity to work directly with Michael and many other talented individuals in other departments.

Cons

-Extremely unorganized, overworked, overwhelmed Creative/PR department. Zero work/Life balance. Most people work 12 hours a day everyday and many weekend for average salaries. -Upper management is staffed with many people who have no personality/people skills who have never held the positions they are currently in. - Staff has very high turnover due to toxic often abusive environment created by current leadership.
