Gracious discount, multiple wardrobe outfits a month for management/one a month for associates and assistants. Commission is decent.

Cons

Very political - have seen many great, talented individuals come and go due to the unnecessary and catty political nature of upper management. Success depends heavily on your location and district. Room for growth only if you are EXTREMELY relocatable. Do not pay you enough for the work you do. If you are in management: expect to be overworked to the max, and go way outside of your job description. Upper management makes promises they will not keep, such as promotions and raises, to get employees to work more for a cheaper wage.
