Pros

The team is supportive, understanding, and constantly looking for ways to help you grow in not only your role, but your career as a whole. The culture, team structure, work life balance, benefits, and actual work itself all are all great. I feel like I learn something new every day and I get to interact with so many employees in various departments. My position is fully remote with the option to go into the office, which is the perfect format for me, but I know many other teams are hybrid. The NYC office is right by Bryant Park which is in a pretty great location as it's next to Grand Central and there are plenty of food options right by the office.

Cons

I can't think of any cons, it really has been a great experience so far!

great company if you’re trying to lose weight because no one takes a lunch and you’ll be working until 9pm solid experience if you’re considering working in an environment that will own you and overwork you you will learn how to advocate for yourself and how to respond to gaslighting in a work setting nice discount but my friends, family, and I will never be wearing MK again

Cons

The culture at Capri is emotionally abusive, manipulative, and those in power will gaslight you. Expect to receive no recognition and also take the blame for your peers’ mistakes. They’re able to hire some of the best talent around, but don’t value anyone’s efforts, including the top performing members of the team. This company idolizes the Devil Wears Prada, where execs will make you order their lunch, run across the street to move their dinner reservation, and print out their kids homework. It’s normal to have breakdowns in the office but not normal to take a lunch. Constructive feedback does not exist, but criticism is endless. They will work you until you fail and then ask you why you’re failing. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will make sure my entire network is aware of the toxicity that goes on at this office. This should be a wake up call for HR and John Idol since everyone likes to cover this up. Start with the Talent Acquisition team - they do the hiring but can't even retain their own team.
