Pros

Many very talented people. Excellent benefits, generous PTO, good work/life balance (varies by dept), office on Bryant Park, great discount

Cons

Poor compensation. Clueless exec level management. Kors has no strategy to weather a challenging retail environment. Company consistently fails to launch large initiatives (ecommerce, men's, flagships, distribution centers, corporate offices etc.). Kors will survive but will be a very different business 5 years from now. I don't think the existing leadership has the ability to turn the brand around.
