      Pros

      They hire people with a record.

      Cons

      No raises, laborers have to work like a mule just to bring home minimum wage. Corporate doesn't care about the employees at all. Everyone is just a "head" for the staffing quota and everyone is replaceable whether your a good worker or not.

      -Travel often - Room, and car (if selected) are paid for - at the time it was 35 a day for per diem -possible network opportunities

      Cons

      -if you’re not the favorite, no matter how hard you work, you won’t “rise” in the company. - raises aren’t offered - some periods throughout the year can be without work - only met about 2 genuine managers out of about 20 that I’ve worked with. Don’t go in being gullible.
