      Treated like you are garbage by the partner or customer. Customer cam dictate who you hire and fire based on whatever criteria they deem fit. Capstone will take the side of the customer no matter what, even if you have proof. If you want to maintain your health and values, steer clear. Work life balance

      people are friendly, and can easily get certified for pallet jacks, lifts, clamp and slip

      Cons

      Training is lacking noticed several employees have had to “teach themselves through observation of others rather than being taught the correct method” pay at this point is questionable to say the least as it seems things get messed up or people are told they will make a certain amount for certain trucks or for training others but have heard several people as well as my own checks have been wrong. Turn around for employees is huge

      Life is to short to work here. Capstone operates in UNIFI. GOOD FOR A 1ST JOB.

      Pros

      There is no management oversight. If you like to work in a filthy cold environment this job is for you. You can make $ after the 3 weeks of training and you last that long.

      Cons

      There is no management. The place is filthy, it is very dangerous. They don't have the right equipment for doing the job.
