      Pros

      Do to a high turnover, promotions in the company happen fast.

      Cons

      Terrible culture throughout the region. Unstable pay (production pay), for all associates which creates instability, Contributing to the high turnover. 3PL that let's partners walk all over them. Too many grey areas within contracts. They grew too fast and are now spread way too thin. Hopefully 2017 will be a better year for them.

      Pros

      Room for advancement. I started as a freight handler and was quickly moved to clerk. If you stay committed, show up on time and don't leave early, management takes notice. First job that I've ever had where a strong work ethic and intelligence mean something and is actually rewarded. Pay is good and so are the benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours and over night shifts are difficult at first. After your body adjusts to the time difference everything else falls into place.

      The people i worked with.

      Cons

      Very disloyal to good employees i was fired for something i didn't do was told i couldn't return to that warehouse and I've seen in the past where guys were moved to other sites. The gm won't even answer my calls what a coward.
