      I liked the hours, started at 4am and done at noon.

      No honor to it's employees. Suck up to the company they work for.

      Flexible, there are great opportunities at making great money

      Cons

      There are alot of down weeks to get paid unless you stay 12 hours a day.

      Growth Potential because the turn over is so high.

      Cons

      Pay structure for team members isn't a model that can be sustained in markets. Not willing to work with partner to improve pay situation. Tools not there to help out in recruiting. Like owning your own small business with none of the benefits. You are on an island. Over managed way over worked.
