      Pros

      Promotions based on merit and ability, not time on the job. I came on 9 years ago at an entry level position, and have been given multiple promotions along the way. If you are willing to work hard for what you want, Capstone will reward you. Also, when Capstone had a pricing structure change that reduced pricing, they didn't allow it to hurt associates, and instead the company took a financial hit in order to keep associates whole.

      Some struggles with developing leads and supervisors up to managers.

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime oppurtunities due to the fact that the same employees always seem to call out of work week after week

      Cons

      Management shows favortism, Lack of Supervision,, Lack of proper training, Coworkers sleeping on job or playing on their cellphones. Re-hiring former employees that have been terminated 3, 4, or 5 times previously and expecting a different outcome

      Pros

      Capstone is a great company to work for. I am at the Corporate Office and I enjoy being able to meet staff when they visit from sites across the United States. There is always something going on a Corporate with employee engagement. We have a bowling league in the summer, along with other competitive events such as the Superbowl Chili Cook-Off, and Winter Cubicle/Office decorating contests. Christmas time is full of cheer with our Children's Holiday party that is set up with Santa and gifts for the employee's children. During tragic events or even Child Births Capstone supports employees by sending flowers, baskets, meals, and assisting in any way possible through our Capstone Cares program/fund raising. Capstone has assisted employees with gaining additional certifications and growing into new roles-all of which adds to each individual's resume. Working for Capstone is a fantastic career path for the future!
