You can make a decent payday and you are treated fairly.

Cons

The hours and the pace can get to be too much to ask a person to complete. I understand the trucks have to get unloaded.

Pros

They offer extreme low pay in return for 2 weeks vacation. Were talking working on production so as hard as your body will allow for sometimes less then minimum wage. But hey it is great that you get two weeks after 5 years and you get a 401k that you probably cant contribute to due to low wages as well.

Cons

LOL this place comes in and tells you their going to treat you like family or the CEO did for us. They didn't they basically told us we were taking a huge huge HUGE pay cut and if we didn't like the fact they were raising prices, cutting wages and increasing micromanagement there was a door. You will be at work on time, but you wont always get to work, you will stay late but wont always get to work. You will be required to take a lunch even if you want to finish up your work so you can hopefully get out at a decent time to be with family. Well really if you have a family unless your 100% or more desperate for a job you shouldn't be working for these thieves.

Pros

Working production is good if you work hard and get good trucks to unload. Very cool people to work with.

Cons

Alot of favoritism towards employees. Would say it was seniority but it is not. All of the top earners were supervisors best friends and they got the best loads on a daily basis even if they did not work hard.
