there is really only 1 good reason to work here and that is money compared to other work without a diploma
Cons
Bad management, terrible on your body, they claim its production but when you make good money they move you to bad trucks so you make less. No matter how long you work for this company they dont want you to make any more then the newest employees. NO overtime at all, though it doesnt matter because they only pay you half time on overtime so who would want it? You only get one week to train at this job and its pointless for the most part so unless you already have some experience you most likely wont make it because other associates are not likely to help you out since it is a "production" job. This job is great for the lazy people who just need a job regardless of money because this company will not fire anyone. minimum wage guaruntee!
