Pros

Money was only good to the workers who got the good paying trucks.

Cons

There are many. Main one is that they listen and believe whatever the site customer tell them. Site customer is never happy. Blame LMS for safety issues so we would pay for damage that we didn’t cause. Upper management caters to the sites and will NOT stand up for managers. Upper management had access to your computer and could enter in anything and say the manager did it. Worst outfit that I ever worked for. When you make a quarterly bonus, they would send in the toughest auditor the next quarter to prevent management for making a bonus again. A big political joke.

Pros

Ample opportunities through out the entire country. Solid senior staff and support staff that will take care of you. You will be rewarded for what you put in. Hard work, effort and results will not go unnoticed.

Cons

In the 3 PL world dealing with difficult partners can be taxing and not for the faint of heart an. Having an ability to develop solid relationships to achieve mutual goals is a must.
