      Lots of family time weekly but no weekend time.

      Pros

      Capstone has been such an amazing employer for me. I've been with Capstone for almost 6 years and I couldn't be any happier with the leadership and the rest of the Capstone Team. We're like family here at Capstone. Capstone genuinely care about their associates, they go the extra mile to make sure we know how important we all are to the company. Great place to work-I hope to be here for many more years to come.

      There are alot of down weeks to get paid unless you stay 12 hours a day.
