Better pay then other opening around me.

Cons

Think there the best company ever. Boss and higher management don't understand anything. Management NEEDS management training; broke MANY basic laws!!!

A good job to have while you are looking for another more rewarding job.

Cons

No respect at all from the Sr. Management team unless you are "friends". They pay way below what they ask of you and do not respect when you go above and beyond. This company is very high on favoritism and if one of them doesn't like you, your days are numbered whether you are a good employee that actually performs well or not. You can move up within the company but the raise they give you for a promotion is laughable and way below what they give someone new.
