Pay is OK easy to get a job and quick promotion though I hear people wont last long

Cons

No care for the guy that does the work. everything is about making money even if i have to cheat the driver or customer. don't like having to do business this way

Lots of freedom in decision making. Smaller company makes you feel like a big fish.

Cons

Corporate team does not have functional knowledge of what it takes to work at a site. They use calculators to figure everything out instead of advise from people at the source.
