Hard on the body, may take weeks to get use to. Disgruntled employees. Few are satisfied with their job. Management cares more about production rather than employees. There are only start times, no clear idea of when shift will end. Pay for production can work against you considering amount of time and work involved. Not a good job for those with a second job or going to school. Some employees worry more about their production and pay and will not help in training. High turnover.

Bad management, terrible on your body, they claim its production but when you make good money they move you to bad trucks so you make less. No matter how long you work for this company they dont want you to make any more then the newest employees. NO overtime at all, though it doesnt matter because they only pay you half time on overtime so who would want it? You only get one week to train at this job and its pointless for the most part so unless you already have some experience you most likely wont make it because other associates are not likely to help you out since it is a "production" job. This job is great for the lazy people who just need a job regardless of money because this company will not fire anyone. minimum wage guaruntee!
