Pros

There are none. Period. "Well it's a job" my eye this is a horrible company, and as that other review stated below, it will just change its name again and try to hook others who are unaware of its terrible reputation. So to the worker who just called all these men lazy before you decide to polish your nose any browner or place your neck on their chopping block you should first know the company you're willing to don the cape and spandex for. Do the research first my friend, I can tell just off your review you've either just started there, or delusional.

Cons

Everything this company is, stands for, believes, etc. And the bad thing is these warehouses under contract with them are great places but they tarnish their reputations with this company. Ive witness with my own eyes truck drivers leaving out the office upset and angry because of the overcharging and bad customer service.

Never-ending uphill battle

Pros

As a site manager, your regional managers and directors are located in other parts of the country, giving you the opportunity to operate with some autonomy.

Cons

Poor communication between customer and Capstone at the Executive Levels. Information portraying what the relationship between the two companies was supposed to be like never seemed to get filtered down to management teams on the customer side at the sites. Capstone managers and production employees are viewed as 3rd-class citizens by the customer, and are outwardly treated as such. Extremely high turnover, with extremely low employee satisfaction due to pay-for-production pricing levels and availability of profitable freight for associates to handle.
