Having to split the money earned on any and every load you do with another person, regardless of how little they did to help if anything. You do not get time and half for overtime. You get half of your hourly rate for that week that you worked. So for example if you averaged $10 an hour for that week you would get $5 per hour on anything over 40 hours. Also having to clean the pits, which is where the dock doors are where the trucks come to be unloaded. We do not get paid hourly. Therefore are cleaning something that takes at the least 2 hours to do. And again I'm paid by what I unload. Nothing else. And there has been countless times that the supervisor of my site has held back loads from all of us unloaders and would not let us unload anything until the pits were cleaned. Which again I am on production pay and that should be against the law to make me do anything other what my job title is. Other than the housekeeping that I already do in my zone of which I worked that day.
