      Employees take pride and accountability to perform within policy

      Cons

      Extremely busy periodically with no back up. Lines of communication from manager to employees are blurred. Respectfully, needs consistent leadership to be on the same page.

      It's easier to list the cons. And not just talking about convicts that work there.

      Cons

      No work/life balance to speak of. I mean none. Each day you walk into a totally unpredictable work situation, be it how long your shift is (get used to STC in your daily language). The vast majority of your co workers are unpredictable, be it in their work ethic, attendance or mental condition. Many of them self medicate which makes their behavior unpredictable. Many are lazy and somehow get away with it.Not the first choice of career. COVID distancing protocol is non existant.

      pay isnt the best but they will give opportunities to make more money.
