Pros
It is garunteed full time work, which is a plus. And the employees you work with within capstone are friendly. You form almost a family bond with your co workers.
Cons
You're treated badly compared to your host employees by your host employers. We have been waiting for a raise for the last eight months But we keep on getting the run around, this work is not easy and that's shown by all of the gratitude and celebrations the host companies have, while we capstone employees either have to work through their celebrations or funnel into a side room until they're done.
