The 4-10 schedule is nice, and there is plenty of over time. Most frontline supervisors are cool

Cons

Low wages, poor communication and planning. They have a tough time keeping the skilled trades around because of the low wages, they lower than the other mines in the area

Great benefits, nice people. My boss is flexible when it comes to WFH/time off but it depends on your job description.Effort is being made to improve work culture.

Cons

No shuttle despite the relatively remote location, can be high stress at times.
