      Mismanagement of assets. Lack of "real" leadership. Caste system. Supervisor implements mandatory overtime to their employees while they enjoy the weekend. Hires people who are not qualified to work (does not know how to read, write, or read numbers) which then adds burden to normal employees. Temp agency hires too many lazy candidates - wasted training time. Lack of accountability, adherence to cGMP, and safety practices.
