      Pros

      Co-workers were awesome. Supervisor on Dayshift was knowledgeable and always helpful when necessary. A lot of opportunities are given to move up if you work hard and are determined. Pay was decent

      Cons

      Too much overtime. Just a number to upper management. Insurance was expensive for a family.

      Worked with Capstone for several years - they are a great company that will not compromise safety or quality. They actively work on the culture to make a good experience for the team.

      Cons

      Fast paced and based on demand of contracted customers, changes can happen rapidly creating some big swings.
