      Pros

      I love working for Capstone. Great Family atmosphere. The company is really big on working with employees to make sure they have time off to take care of family needs and only require a few days notice if needing to take days off.

      Cons

      Schedules are not consistent. Sometimes we work many hours with overtime (love those paychecks) and other times it is slow. Right now it is slow.

      Pros

      There really are not many any more.

      Cons

      Ever since the company was "merged" it has been an epic fail. There have been tons of lay offs, everyone is jumping ship and grabbing their life vests. It was better when the company was small and private. The company cared more about the livelihood of their workers.
