      Pros

      the people, the work, they promote within, nice facility, can have flexible work schedule, plenty of PTO

      Cons

      healthcare benefits are costly (high premium or HSA requirement); the unstable nature of the work; frequent layouts; requires weekend work, will work you to death, workload or making corrections is highly stressful. You're either overworked or being laid off.

      Pros

      I love working for Capstone. Great Family atmosphere. The company is really big on working with employees to make sure they have time off to take care of family needs and only require a few days notice if needing to take days off.

      Cons

      Schedules are not consistent. Sometimes we work many hours with overtime (love those paychecks) and other times it is slow. Right now it is slow.
