Pros

Small business atmosphere, caring co-workers, flexible schedules and easy to get time off, lots of employee events and programs, easy to advance, management is very approachable, great location (no Franklin traffic)!

Cons

Unsteady work and inconsistent schedules at times due to being a contract manufacturer, pay is lower than Franklin or Nashville, lots of process changes

Pros

the people, the work, they promote within, nice facility, can have flexible work schedule, plenty of PTO

Cons

healthcare benefits are costly (high premium or HSA requirement); the unstable nature of the work; frequent layouts; requires weekend work, will work you to death, workload or making corrections is highly stressful. You're either overworked or being laid off.
