      Pros

      Capstone absolutely believes in their culture from Going BIG to leading with CARE. They have a clearly defined mission and support process improvement. There are great things to be accomplished at Capstone and I couldn't be more excited to be on this ship.

      Cons

      I think the only Cons are that we are required to use our own PTO during mandatory shutdowns, but that is par for working for a small business. If you plan your time off carefully, your days will be covered.

      I partner with a lot of great people here and the positive atmosphere and culture make it worth the while.

      Cons

      Parking has to be timed perfectly in between shift changes.

      Pros

      There are many opportunities for growth. The people that are apart of the company are wonderful!! It is in a great location. The company has a great culture and I am happy to be apart of it.

      Cons

      I can't think of a bad thing to say about the company. The work can stressful, but that is something that can be managed!
