      Pros

      Management is very understanding and flexible. Training is very understandible and easy to comply. The standards for customer service are very high. Customer base is very regular. You can really get to know them and their needs.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons except sometimes being asked to fill in for younger crew members due to school activities. Not a con for me but may be for others.

      Pros

      It's a great company they treat everyone like family. It's a company that treats everyone equal both employees and customers

      Cons

      As a manager there are times that you are an acting crew member as well as running the restaurant.

      Pros

      I liked the fact that I was able to touch a lot of aspects of the business, from repairs to invoices to customer service.

      Cons

      Accountability, they are about the people and have a progressive discipline policy but do not allow store management to actually act. They are more concerned with having bodies in position rather than qualified professional management. This is mainly because of salary and labor restrictions. They cannot compete with some other companies offering more money.
