can't trust upper management, they put the blame on certain situations on lower management and hourly employee's

Pros

Flexible at times...that's about it. Also you have your good customers who'll tip you and complement you and your own manager won't.

Cons

Bad GM's & upper management, don't listen to lower management, crew, or anyone's ideas. Don't give raises like they're supposed to. Hire a bunch of lazy people. Company wants you to do alot of work for little pay. No real organization or leadership. Stores are old and run down because they're cheap and patch everything up. Don't appreciate hard workers.
