Pros

There are great customers, the managers and crew staff take the time to help you out and give you advice when you need it, a good amount of hours, great first job to start out at!

Cons

You have to stay up on your feet all the time, you can only have a break if you work for over 5 hours that day, you don't really get training, they teach you how to do the work, and you do it.

Pros

being a high school student i made about $400 per paycheck. the people i worked with were pretty good friends.

Cons

i was offered a management position but turned it down as it seemed that the managers were on the edge of being liquidated by the district manager. some people where very lazy and it made a busy shift hard to work.

Pros

You get a paycheck every two weeks, and it's difficult to get fired. Highly flexible hours.

Cons

Everything that the Captain D's website advertises is a lie. Our food is not fresh, our shrimp is not hand breaded, and out sauteed vegetables are deep fried. Working here makes me feel guilty, for slowly killing every customer that walks through the door. Our LAMAR system, makes it incredibly easy for customers to get free food, which stresses out the staff even further. Upper management avoids giving out raises, and treats their underlings like dogs. The 'can do' attitude that they claim to strive for, is nonsense, as their policies and expectations are both impossible, and demoralizing. Not to mention, frequent consumption of Captain D's, causes mercury poisoning, which slowly drives their staff to madness. If you have to choose between working at Captain D's, and swallowing Arsenic, take the latter. It'll kill you less painfully.
