      Drams. Everyone is in everybody's business and the managers take advantage of their authority. They do not respect their employees and barely give raises. No benefits.

      None other than a paycheck

      Cons

      Pay is too low for what is expected. Managers incompetent and illiterate. Filthy working conditions. Sub-par company compared to Red Lobster. Favoritism is rampant, mostly to the lazy and illiterate employees. Only take this job if you're desperate. 99% of fast food places will treat you better and pay you better. Managers are the worst of any company I've ever worked for.
