Pros

Always open to suggestions and flexible, Never difficult to schedule vacation. AWESOME people!!! Some internal promotions ( if you are in the right department)

Cons

Lack of succession planning, Crucial details occasionally missed before someone hands something off to you. Last minute things become the norm.

Pros

Some managers are like family. They are considerate of personal issues and let me change my sechule to help with my grandmother. They strive for good customer service and expect you to be your best, but they also guide you. Good free food. Not overly serious or uptight. They are not religious or sexist. If you can work a job they will let you work it no matter what gender you are. The customers are great.

Cons

They higher alot of teens and younger people, and some of them can be immature and not I derstand that a job it not like school. Some of the promotions to managers can be unfair, based not on work ethic but convienance. If you are a manager you work a lot, a whole lot. Six days a week from open to close. It can get stressful. Some employees who have been there for a while but never promoted (because of still not being qualified for a manager job) can be bad mannered to other employees and try to get out of work, and they get away with a lot of stuff. There can be a big turn over and highschool drama because of all the teens they hire.

Constant changes with little to no positive direction.

Pros

Initial benefits were above industry standards; Promotions were based on exceptional and consistent performance of an individual in their current position. Initially the company was a people oriented company, placing emphasis on quality of life for their employees

Cons

Benefits for middle and upper management regressed dramatically; Promotions were granted based on likeability vs proven performers and the best talent for the job; Quality of life for middle and upper management became nonexistent.
