      Working at Captain D's was fun and taught me how to save money

      Pros

      Great co-workers, in restaurant promotions, good free food, good hours, easy work. Management was pretty good.

      Cons

      Customers, Lack of backup in high volume times. The management was in and out, so we pretty much managed ourselves most of the time.

      Pros

      Very laid back environment. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Training was horrible. Hands-on training only, but only one days worth. After that, you were expected to be as good as everyone else. Rude customers. I would often be scheduled for times that I was not available. Never received my 2 raises that I was promised.
