The company has an awesome culture and leadership is always looking for feedback. They’re aware of unavoidable startup growing pains and are consistently checking in with employees to see what can be improved and taking action with the responses.

Cons

Some startup growing pains but nothing out of the ordinary / that would impact my overall review of the company

An amazing transparent leadership team that cares about every one and a great product Everyone is part of the team and willing to help solve questions regardless of the org Fun talented, funny, entrepreneurial coworkers Covered health insurance!!

Cons

Like any young company, there isn't always a playbook. But that turns into a great pro of being part of that creation. There is the occasional long day, but always fun problems to solve!

* All levels of management are super transparent about how the company is run and how decisions are made. Decisions that affect me are communicated early with input from the team. * First place I've worked where senior leaders are relaxed and put you at ease, no pins and needles to walk on. * Strong culture of continuous improvement * Teams talk to each other * The growing pains of a typical startup are minimized. Feels like we are firing on all cylinders. * Enjoy coming to work every day. Everyone is super nice, even since starting remotely. * Customers really REALLY enjoy our product, which is motivating.
