      Pros

      I have been blown away by my experience at CaptivateIQ. The company has strong empathetic leadership, career growth opportunities, and mission-driven people. Everyone is genuinely invested in what they are working on and building up those around them.

      Cons

      CaptivateIQ is a fast-growing startup so there is a lot of work to do in order to push the company forward which requires working longer hours at times but that's been the same at every other company I've worked for.

      Pros

      - Leadership is constantly asking for feedback and is very understanding. - While the pace is fast, everyone is very helpful and tries to make the most of situations. - Morale has been strong despite COVID-19 - The company very much is a customer-first one and tries everything it can to do right by the company - Large ambitions to solve a need in the space - Core team who have been there since the start and carry the culture well

      Cons

      - A lot of us joined post-COVID-19 so have only met online, but this is partly due to the timing of Series A

      - Robust and flexible, yet clean and friendly product makes improving new businesses' comp processes genuinely gratifying - Leadership is incredibly fiscally cognizant, goal-oriented, and business savvy: I trust the safety and direction of the company - Every voice is heard, there is great ownership and pride throughout the company

      - Simple growing pains of a startup - things move fast, but this is mostly a positive attribute in terms of growth and progress generally
