Pros

Despite joining the company during shelter in place, it's been a great onboarding experience! It's so refreshing working with genuine, no-ego personalities that are unfortunately commonplace in Bay Area tech companies. The leadership team is transparent and will make themselves available for anybody which is great.

Cons

Hours could be a bit long but it's expected for a fast-growing startup. The hours don't matter because the work is interesting. Lack of processes because we're all figuring it out together. Not necessarily a bad thing since you can dictate how you want to solve it.

Pros

Collaborative Culture -- as a company, we meet at least once a week to discuss roadmap and current status of goals. Qualified Leadership -- our leadership team displays qualities of level 5 leadership - extremely humble with a strong professional will. Good Perks -- generous vacation, transportation subsidy, lunches & dinner with the team, good healthcare coverage, 401k offering

Cons

Being that CaptivateIQ is a rapidly growing startup, the cons are what you would expect. Long hours can be necessary but I've found that there is flexibility as to when & where those additional hours can be worked.

Pros

- Company is led by great leadership that maintains transparency and trust with its employees - Good benefits like healthcare, dental, vision, lunch, snacks, transportation, and unlimited vacation - Coworkers are hard working motivated individuals that help cultivate a growth mindset - Challenging engineering problems that keep you engaged and interested in your work

Cons

Typical growing pains of any startup. - Processes are constantly being refined to keep teams moving faster with greater impact - scaling communication across organizations - short on resources which requires more effort from each individual to fill in the gaps
