Pros

There is a great amount of focus on Documentation and Process, meaning, there is flexibility in change in process as long as it is backed up with data. The work culture is extremely supportive and encouraging, despite it being quite async. Everyone wants you to succeed, and even if you miss some aspects but are willing to improve, they will work with you

Cons

Not entirely a con, but depending on your work style, work could occassionally blend into your personal life, but thats a choice, and not coming from the company. Benefits for international employees could be better, especially Vision, but thats entirely subjective.
